The Problem:

There are significant issues currently affecting growth, development, and innovation within the global workplace.
Most of the world’s businesses and organizations fall short in establishing the necessary support, resulting in wasted potential. Unlocking human potential through personal development and focusing on individuals’ innate strengths requires a commitment by both employers and individuals. The lack of passion that currently plagues the workforce lies in misidentifying their skills, strengths, interests, motivation, and values.

How we help:

The Gallup State of the Global Workplace reported that leaders and managers often have a difficult time spotting employees who are not engaged. These workers are not hostile or disruptive. They do not hate their job or set out to wreak havoc. They are indifferent and will put the time but not the energy or passion into their role.
With a majority of employees not engaged in their work, companies find it exceedingly challenging to accelerate innovation, creativity, productivity, and other essential elements that improve organizational performance. Employees who are not engaged represent a risk. These workers can tilt either way, good or bad.

There are three (3) states of employees within the workforce:

“Engaged” employees: They are highly involved in and enthusiastic about their work and workplace. They are psychological “owners,” drive performance and innovation to move the organization forward.

Employees that are “not engaged”: They are psychologically unattached to their work and company. Because their engagement needs are not being fully met, they’re putting time but not energy or passion into their work.

“Actively disengaged” employees: They aren’t just unhappy at work; they are resentful that their needs aren’t being met and are acting out their unhappiness. Every day, these workers potentially undermine what their engaged coworkers accomplish.
